Bh's aan het passen ik neem er 2 ( alsof dat nog niet genoeg is?) zegt ze ik zal de onderbroeken gaan halen ik had nog geen tijd voor neen te zeggen.... i.p.v te vragen zal ik de bijpassende onderbroeken halen!? Mijn goesting was over dan aan de kassa's terug van hetzelfde ik zei daarop nee ik wil geen onderbroeken dan nog aandringen maar mevrouw u kan ze altijd komen omruilen?!! Is dit de nieuwe manier van mensen te behandelen? Soit geen goede ervaring!
Very helpful in the beginning but in the long run really pushy. Fitting bras I take 2 (as if that is not enough?) She says I will get the underpants I didn't have time to say no .... instead of asking I will get the matching underpants !? My desire was over then at the cash registers back from the same I said no I do not want to insist underpants then insist but madam you can always exchange them? !! Is this the new way of treating people? Not a good experience at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik liep al even met de verkeerde bh maat rond. Housna, één van de medewerkers, ondersteunde me zeer professioneel met het nemen van mijn maat en ging dan voor me op zoek in de winkel. Top service! Ik ging dan ook naar huis met 2 bh's en persoonlijk kaartje met mijn maten op.
I've been walking around with the wrong bra size for a while. Housna, one of the employees, supported me very professionally with taking my size and then went to look for me in the store. Top service! So I went home with 2 bras and a personal card with my measurements on it.

Yesterday I come to look for new lingerie sets. But nobody offered me help. And when a man walking in there with a woman personal started to offer them all they have.
But what about me? I come there 1st and already had about 10 different lingerie bras. And yet nobody asked me if I need help. Till I started to complain about bad service.
Plus personal was laughing from me when I was trying to reach my size bras. Instead of helping me - 2 working ladies was laughing from me that I can not reach my size.
What a poor attitude.
I would advise for working people. Do not judge how people look.
The couple who came in bought nothing. And I bought new bra.
I would get more but honestly I do not like when people starts to be nice and polite to me just because I had a gift card.
