Ik had mijn maat niet gevonden in de setjes waar ik in geinteresseerd was dus teleurgesteld moest ik alles helaas terugbrengen. Ik heb dan een tegoedbon gekregen. Dit stond inderdaad op het kassaticket maar online staat er dat er ook terugbetaling mogelijk is. Ik vroeg of ik de bon ook online te gebruiken was gezien daar wel grotere maten beschikbaar waren en ik werd verteld dat ik dit kon opzoeken op de website. klantendienst niet bereikbaar. Ik hoop dat ik de bon aan iemand anders kan verkopen
Very friendly and helpful until the moment I went to return. I had not found my size in the sets I was interested in so disappointed I had to return everything. I then received a voucher. This was indeed stated on the receipt, but online it says that a refund is also possible. I asked if I could also use the voucher online as larger sizes were available and I was told I could look this up on the website. customer service unavailable. I hope I can sell the voucher to someone else
