★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deux vendeuses qui ne servent absolument à rien car plus occupées à parler et à se cacher à genoux derrière le comptoir sur leur GSM plutôt que de se préoccuper des clientes . On va donc en face chez Etam et là un service impeccable et digne de ce nom.
Two saleswomen who are absolutely useless because they are more busy talking and hiding on their knees behind the counter on their mobile phones rather than worrying about customers. So we go opposite to Etam and there an impeccable service worthy of the name.

Je ne connais pas le nom de cette vendeuse mais tout ce que je peux vous dire c'est qu'elle est brune ,petite de taille avec des cheveux court et des lunettes noir ou brun aucune politesse quand je suis rentree Dans le magasin?meme pas un bonjour

I don't know the name of this saleswoman but all I can tell you is that she is brunette, small in size with short hair and black or brown glasses no politeness when I entered the store ? even no hello

I didn't feel very comfortable especially

Je suis venu samedi passé pour profiter de la blackfriday,deux demoiselles d’une 20ene année m’accueille chaleureusement et mon conseiller parfaitement,lorsqu’e je me dirige en cabine une femme d’une quarantaine d’année avec une coupe carré et des lunettes me fasse une réflexion très mais très déplacé à mon égard,je suis sorti en furie du magasin,elle n’est pas du tout professionnel cette dame !
I am very but very happy! I came last Saturday to take advantage of Blackfriday, two young ladies of a 20ene year welcome me warmly and my advisor perfectly, when I head into the cabin a woman in her forties with a square cut and glasses make me a very thought but very moved towards me, I went out of the store in a rage, she is not at all professional this lady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Une fois mais pas deux chez eux. Plus jamais! Etam etant fermé j'ai testé ici. Deja presque impossible de trouver ma taille et lorsque je reviens pour ramener le soutient gorge qui ne va pas du tout car il me fait mal (et je n'avais pas vu qu'il ne passe pas en machine) on me repond qu'on ne reprend pas et que je peux le mettre en machine (on me l'aurait repris si il etait cassé). De l'argent jeté par la fenêtre pour un article que je ne mettrai jamais car il me fait mal. Mais ça on s'en moque tant qu'on vend. Bref je resterai chez etam à l'avenir
Once but not twice at home. Never again! Etam being closed I tested here. Already almost impossible to find my size and when I come back to bring back the bra which does not fit at all because it hurts me (and I had not seen that it does not go in the washing machine) I am told that does not take back and that I can put it in the machine (it would have been taken back from me if it was broken). Money thrown out the window for an item I will never wear because it hurts me. But we don't care as long as we sell. In short I will stay with etam in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze denken niet oplossingsgericht mee wanneer er een probleem is, ookal ben ik tweemaal teruggegaan. Dan kan je zelf nog contact opnemen met de klantendienst en dat duurt eeuwen. World class service? Ver te zoeken.
They do not think along in a solution-oriented way when there is a problem, even though I have gone back twice. Then you can still contact customer service yourself and that takes ages. World-class service? Hard to find.
