J avais demandé qu il n émette aucun avis et commentaires devant mes locataires, cela n a également pas été respecté. In dit rapport stonden vervolgens foute details die geheel niet van toepassing zijn op onze woning en een drietal gestandaardiseerde adviezen. De folders hiervan hadden wij reeds overhandigd gekregen tijdens dat enkele bezoek. Ons adviesrapport was duidelijk gekopieerd en hier en daar aangepast gezien de fouten. Later zijn we er achter gekomen met een ander bedrijf dat er wel degelijk een lekkage in de woning zat. Geen aanrader dus Humida. Our advisory report was clearly copied and adjusted here and there given the errors. Later we found out with another company that there was indeed a leak in the house. So not recommended Humida.

De oorzaak van het vochtprobleem werd niet eenduidig vastgesteld, zoals ons van tevoren werd verzekerd. In plaats daarvan werden allerlei bijkomende onderzoeken aangeraden, tegen betaling uiteraard, alsook extra services die deels niets met het vochtprobleem te maken hadden. Ik had achteraf het idee veel geld betaald te hebben voor een promopraatje. The books and their website are informative, but the on-site advice that we paid quite a bit of money for was subpar. The cause of the moisture problem was not unequivocally determined, as we were assured in advance. Instead, all sorts of additional investigations were recommended, for a fee, of course, as well as additional services that were partly unrelated to the moisture problem. Afterwards I had the idea that I had paid a lot of money for a promotional talk.
