★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofie is een top yoga instructeur! Als beginneling vorig jaar in haar les begonnen, en heel fijn ontvangen, warm en hartelijk. Sofie brengt veel pit in de les (vinyasa yoga) en dat is net wat ik nodig heb. Een zachte, rustige stem die je geest tot rust brengt, en tegelijk je lichaam uitdaagt in kracht en lenigheid. Deze zomer genoten we ook van fantastische yogalessen in haar tuin (corona proof)...heerlijke setting - zelfs na corona hopelijk een blijvertje! Sofie geeft lessen voor tieners alsook wat meer op leeftijd. Als je de kans hebt om aan te sluiten, echt een aanrader! Ik ben fan :-)
 Sofie is a top yoga instructor! She started her class last year as a beginner, and received a very nice welcome, warm and cordial. Sofie brings a lot of spice to the class (vinyasa yoga) and that is just what I need. A soft, calm voice that calms your mind, and at the same time challenges your body in strength and flexibility. This summer we also enjoyed fantastic yoga classes in her garden (corona proof) ... lovely setting - even after corona hopefully a keeper! Sofie gives lessons for teenagers as well as older people. If you have the chance to join, highly recommended! I am a fan :-)
