★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu, client depuis des décennies pour rénovations de maisons ,je me suis plaint pour une rare fois de la mauvaise finition des plaques de polycarbonate d'une pergola. Celles-ci n'étant que mal obstruées avec du silicone. Conséquence ; l'eau s'y infiltre et noirci l'intérieur de la double paroi. Très sale pour du matériel neuf monté sur une construction neuve. Jamais eu de réponse ou proposition après plusieurs rappels verbaux à la gérante. J'ai fini par laisser tomber et changé de fournisseur, dommage
 Very disappointed, a customer for decades for home renovations, I complained for a rare time about the poor finish of the polycarbonate sheets of a pergola. These are only poorly blocked with silicone. Result ; water infiltrates and blackens the inside of the double wall. Very dirty for new equipment mounted on a new construction. Never had a response or proposal after several verbal reminders to the manager. I ended up giving up and changing providers, too bad
