customer service from the timber consulting team was fantastic however customer service at checkout is inefficient and disrespectful. I will no longer use this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il a maintenant plusieurs semaines j'ai été reçu par Laurent Cresel qui a pris vraiment sont temps pour mon projet avec également conseil, ce que j'ai apprécier c'est également je n'ai pas été forcé à acheté ou autre par la suite j'ai acheté la marchandise et malheureusement et cela arrive ils a eux des erreurs. Mais de nouveau monsieur Cresel à directement réagis et résolu les problèmes. Plutôt rare aux jours d'aujourd'hui. Merci à lui et à la société.
It has now been several weeks I was received by Laurent Cresel who really took his time for my project with also advice, what I appreciate is also I was not forced to buy or other afterwards I bought the merchandise and unfortunately and it happens they got them errors. But again Mr. Cresel directly reacted and solved the problems. Rather rare today. Thanks to him and to the company.
