We waren stipt op tijd om in te checken, maar de deur was op slot en niemand beantwoordde de parlofoon... Getelefoneerd naar het nummer dat op de bel plakte: de receptioniste was aanwezig, maar beantwoordde gewoon de parlofoon niet... Toen vond ze onze reservatie niet, gelukkig hadden wij het bewijs afgedrukt: diepe zucht van de receptioniste, en zonder excuses wees ze ons naar een kleine donkere kamer die dringen onderhoud nodig had. Het putje van de douche: stuk, de douchebaar: stuk, alle kranen: volledig verkalkt, stopcontact: uit de muur, koordje van het licht: afgebroken, overal krassen.... De hele nacht dronken gasten die aan het zingen waren, niemand van het personeel droeg een mondmasker... En toen we wouden uitchecken vonden we helemaal niemand... Not a pleasant experience: "free" parking was a parking space where you could stand for a maximum of 90 minutes with a blue disc. We were right on time to check in, but the door was locked and no one answered the intercom... Phoned to the number on the bell: the receptionist was there, but just didn't answer the intercom... Then found They did not accept our reservation, luckily we had printed the proof: deep sigh from the receptionist, and without apologies she pointed us to a small dark room that needed urgent maintenance. The shower drain: broken, the shower head: broken, all taps: completely calcified, socket: out of the wall, light cord: broken, scratches everywhere.... All night drunk guys singing, nobody of the staff wore a mouth mask... And when we wanted to check out we found no one at all...

S	Sha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice, quiet hotel to stay for a few days with excellent staff just over the Dutch border. The trainstation is a three minute walk and brings you to Liège within 20 minutes.

After waiting for the owner the reservation was not made despite our phone calls and the owner confirmation on the phone. Instead on solving the problem he blames his lack of organization on us! Rubbish service, you may need to find an other hotel last minute!!!
M	Maarten Jansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is dark inside with black walls. My room was small and has a weird smell inside. The €13 so called breakfast buffet is not there. Just empty coolers. At your assigned table there is a plate with ham and cheese that seems old and dried out. Bread is baked like a rock and I only getting one. This hotel is 70% overpriced and the breakfast is turn off. I will not stay here again.
