★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location. Very friendly staff but understaffed!!! We were a group of 12 persons. Long waiting in restaurant and for lunch: 90 minutes before first dish. A lot of misunderstandings at the end about the invoice by the owner. Bad service by the owner: we had a leak at our bathroom, we reported it Friday evening, we cleaned it twice ourselves (including during the night). The leak was solved saturday evening. The floorcarpet was all wet. We had no compensation at all!! The owner reacted apathetic when I asked her reaction about the whole situation. She asked what I would do???? So I recommend her to work solution oriented, to be more empathic, efficient and customer oriented.
