★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at Le Relais in Spa, Belgium last night. The appetizers where oké and we waited for the next meal. I had ordered my meat well done because I'm pregnant (I showed her my belly).
But after a whole hour of waiting, the waitress came and asked us what we wanted for dessert. When we told her, we where still waiting for our main course we just got a "o, Oké". We waited on other 15 min till the food came. and....mine was pretty pink. So I asked the waitress again if she could make it fit for a pregnant woman. We got a sort of "Jah Oké" and she walked of with my plate. After 15 min. (My boyfriend ate his, because otherwise his was ruined also) mine came back. I think it was revenge because it was like the back of a shoe....
Not a word of sorry of some kind. And when we where still eating, the rest of the staff where smoking and cleaning up the terras. And we had to pay the full amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hotel in downtown Spa. Reasonable price with basic amenities and breakfast. Good deals during winter season and cute little rooms. No lobby. Need to get the keys from chocolaterie next door. Interesting concept and save a lot of personnel. Views in front of the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a room 2 days in September. For the first day the hotel charged me 120 euros instead of 60. I tried contacting them on the phone and by several emails, but I got no response from them.
Terrible experience! Please avoid this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is rundown and in desperate need of a total refurbishment. I would not recommend staying here to friends and family.
Rooms are small, dark and without noise cancelling from neighbouring rooms allowing you to hear everything that is going on. Room had a suspected mould smell.
Breakfast, included in the price for the room, but the selection and presentation not appealing.
Staff is friendly, location in Spa is great and it looks really nice and cosy from the outside.
