J	Jean Bernard Bovy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chambre appartement énorme. Au centre ville mais silencieux. Restaurants proches de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner un peu light et cela ne suivait pas au niveau du renouvellement des denrées car un peu trop de monde en même temps. Huge apartment room. Downtown but silent. Restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast a little light and it did not follow the level of renewal of food because a little too crowded at the same time.

Bon hotel surtout la chambre 24 est très bien avec le covid ils ne font pas à manger donc je ne peux pas dire quoi que ce soit mais d'autres chambre sont à rénover question chauffage trop de bruit autrement ça va . Good hotel especially room 24 is very good with the covid they do not cook so I can not say anything but other rooms are to renovate question heating too much noise otherwise it's okay
A	Arnaud Delattre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bien situé et jolie chambre. Quelques remarques: lit double a 2 matelas qui font que de ce séparer (sommier non adapté) mauvaise nuit?. Dommage car les matelas sont très bien. Les rideaux sont parfaitement occultant mais un rideau porté des tâches de vomi. ? Dans l'ensemble bon hôtel mais pour le prix attention aux fausses notes. Great location and nice room. A few remarks: double bed has 2 mattresses which only make this separate (box spring not suitable) bad night ?. Too bad because the mattresses are very good. The curtains are perfectly blackout but one curtain has vomit stains. ? Overall good hotel but for the price watch out for false notes.

Benefits: very nice, multilingual front desk; owner on site daily and friendly to guests; small, intimate hotel but attracts people from all over the world; tasty, fresh breakfast; rooms have a modern appearance; a very short walk from La Louvière’s downtown core and its second train station. Drawbacks: local teens use the alley next to the hotel as a meeting spot, sometimes until late at night; cleaning staff is good at cleaning but bad at leaving a room as they found it (nothing ever stolen, but windows left open, A/C off, etc.); parking lot is public (fees apply 09h to 18h30 daily except Sunday and holidays); parking lot tends to fill twice a day around 9h30 and 19-20h (arrive in those times and you may be stuck parking on the street).
