โ โ โ โ โ We had reserved a rooms for 2 day but when we arrived, they had given the room to someone else for the second day. And as we though it was ok, we hadn't looking for other hotels, so we struggled a lot to find something else the evening.... Very dishonest from them

4 days 3 nights costed โฌ180.80, it's economical .
But always smelled cigarette, very bad, and only did trach but not bad ,
Service so so.

Everything is bad, the rooms are to small, the bed was very bad, the personell is rude and have a lot of stupid rules who are aplied only with some of the guests, The cleaning is not proper and the price is different , every day they charge me more and more. I don't recomand to anyone this hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ If i could put a 0 star i would. Our room smelled of cigarettes as soon as we walked in. We told the receptionists twice, as the smell was there everytime we walked in. Nothing changed. Would not recommend ??

Good location near Antwerpen-Centraal Railway Station.
Unfortunately always the room falls of cigarette smell, I really hate it...

โ โ โ โ โ Room nice and clean. Toilet clean. Shower cabin directly in room (for me ok) clean. Service very good and nice. Breakfast could be better. Nearby: Central Station, Lidl, cash machine. I recommend this hotel!

โ โ โ โ โ Even considering the 2-star rating of this, it desperately needs some renovation, especially considering that itโs a part of a large Accor chain, so overall costs of these upgrades would be minimal for them, but they just donโt seem to bother. What upgrades? Towel hooks, more space for cloths, replacing the light control which is located about your head when youโre in bed and shines green light 24/7 and more.
Location is nice, but I would recommend you to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, we didnโt have many options since we booked the trip shortly before it has started.
