C	Curtis Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is gorgeous. The staff is really helpful and friendly. They will do anything to accommodate you. The food and bar are a little pricey but this is Europe, so one must understand that everything is a little more expensive. The normal rooms do not have air conditioning. If you book for the summer i would highly recommend the apartment suites, they are the only rooms that have a/c. This location also has a long stay apartments as well. The alcohol selections is really good, Belgium is know for having over 500 different types of beer, i would recommend trying as many as possible. I dont know about free cancellations or re-booking, i would imagine there is a small fee for this. The property also includes a large outside seating area with umbrellas and a large dining area as well. There is also 2 conference rooms as well with air conditioning. There is a jaccuzzi and sauna, as well as a gym here too.

Start to finish it was a pleasure and I am talking from the locations leadership down to the people who cleaned my room and other personnel that prepared the morning breakfast. I had an extended stay and at the end I wanted to move in! Not Leave! Also, very English Friendly! Event the guests were great!

I was kicked of with my kid because the receptionist consider a PRIORITY one Belgian resident who booked an apartment for only one night instead of me. On the other side, cleaning service what can I say. It was only once in three weeks. And the bad news can continue. For instance I was asking at least two weeks for a high chair (we were three and we had only two at the table). So conclusion, if you are foreigner and you want to spend quality time APARTHOTEL Casteau is not the best choice! Run away!

My room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was helpful and polite. For breakfast there was a big choice of delicious things. I loved to make use of all the facilities the hotel offers!
S	Sam Sachs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. The rooms are well appointed and feel comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side but the shower had good pressure. If you elect to not have your room cleaned during the day then you get a $5 voucher for the bar which is pretty neat. Breakfast is fairly good for a hotel and has a decent selection of food and coffee. They have a decent sized gym and lots of parking as well as friendly service.
H	Hadleigh Marshall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smokers Paradise!!! If you are a smoker you do not need to buy any cigarettes as the designated smoking area is located at the main entrance. At busy times you can walk into the hotel and enjoy passive smoking from all the smokers congregated at the door. Every morning when I leave the hotel there is a bus load of workers waiting to be picked up and I have to walk through a cloud of smoke.
