★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in the centre of Brugge, few steps from a lot of bars and restaurants and few minutes walk from the main square. The staff is very kind, we had a problem with a bulb in the toilet and it was changed almost immediately. The room was clean but there was only one shower cap. The beds were comfortable. In the bathroom the light is very dark. 3 stars because of the strong smell of urine coming from the carpet and the smell of sewers in our room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have rituals mini soaps! Thats the thing that definitely won me! They clean daily, have bice atmosphere, the bathroom is new and nice, the rooms not that new but still nice. They dont allow a later check out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you acacia and staff you made our stay in Brugge very pleasant, however drinkable water should be available free of charge. In the breakfast room you should have cheched for vaccination passports and should not allow to arrogant young ones to move over the buffet without masks. The room was full of middle aged people very discipline running risks to get infected. I thought of calling the Tourist police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this hotel enough! Great rooms, reasonably priced, excellent location and the staff were WONDERFUL! We arrived too early to check in but the staff secured our bags, and before we got ourselves together to venture out they had prepared our rooms and checked us in. We had to leave early on our last day so wouldn't be about for breakfast but the night manager put together packed breakfasts for us each to take with! Fabulous!!

Affordable price for top of the class spacious rooms that have everything you need .
Breakfast are a good addition to your stays if you want to get your boost for a day of walking in the beautiful city of Bruges !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stylish hotel to enjoy beautiful Brugge. I was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Terrific parking. Good location.
To be clear; bath or shower. A handheld in a bath is useful but requires a lot of concentration or you make a big mess. Maybe it's just me.
