★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drive down to this place from Brussels at least once a year and each time the food is excellent. The owner has been joined by his son who has upped the ante.
I savoured his latest creation "ode to the North Sea" and it was fantastic.
Close to the restaurant they run a small hotel where you can stay the night after your meal. The rooms are spacious and breakfast with local products (prepared by the chef himself) leaves nothing to be desired.
