I gave a birth in this hospital in June. When I received my invoice to pay, they charged 300% for the presence of my gynecologist. However, my gynecologist asked only 100% and we had signed with the hospital before for the charge of 100%. Until now, they haven't given me a right facture and continue to send me the facture with 300% charge. I wonder it's an hospital or a robber?

I have been in Chirec several times. the doctors and service is good. but the team in charge of the invoice is the worse. - very few doctors/nurses speak dutch/english... - I received an invoice of 2 years ago...no clue even what is about :D - i received an invoice of something which was not right. I have sent several emails/phone calls and nobody has answered me...2 years later I am still waiting, but be careful if the bill is not paid on time. To conclude good doctors but very very bad client service...

Worst secretary I hace ever seen. Even pointing with fingers towards a patient and talking with an attitude.blaming patient and even somehow therating that she cannot take the behaviour where you try to see if you take an appointment. Please do not put people in these places where you need more humanity.

Worse medical experience ever had. Booked for ERM the technician stopped my visit after informing him that i need some time to understand the process will be going thought replying to me ^ i am not a psychologist, please leave have next patient to visit ^.. no empathy considering that i had a claustrophobic attack.. Chirec Money vision business strategy nothing to connect with a Hospital !

Staff and organization is very poor. Many patients wait for hours, service and care is really questionable. At least a dozen of people were tired of waiting for hours. When you need to go for surgery, you're anxious and stressed etc. Staff couldn't care less. Many patients were complaining today at the service were I was (eye surgery). A lady was in bad condition and waited for hours, she needed to go to urgency completely dehydrated. Hospital is very modern, but last time I step into this place.

I booked an appointment on 12-1-2022 as advised by my doctor for echography in this hospital. When I arrived at the hospital they told me I didn’t have an appointment for that day and that someone entered the system and cancelled it two days before without informing me. As a result of this I went all the way there, risked being infected with COVID-19 , payed for taxi for nothing. I will submit an official complaint for an investigation of the matter as it is unacceptable. I definitely want a refund of the expenses to reach the hospital.

The most beautiful stay in Maternity ward. Giving birth to my daughter was such a pleasant experience, which i didn’t expect at all! Very nice people work there and I just want to say thank you all ❤️ Clean rooms, amazing food, attentive helpful staff, great delivery room, I’ve couldn’t of asked for better. One more thing to add to those who complain about prices. This is a private hospital, if you don’t have a good insurance just don't go there, many other options nearby. We haven’t had troubles on this matter since we’ve asked everything before hospitalisation. Ask your insurance and ask hospital directly, no issues in that case.

I have been treated here many times, for scans, consultations, and one surgery. Everything from Reception to Treatment to Billing was faultless. The staff were caring and competent. Most spoke English. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent facility.
