W	Walter Lauwers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel goed opletten bij het (ver)huren van appartementen bij deze mensen. Men schat de vaste kosten veel te laag in. Bij ons zaten ze er maar liefst 50% naast. Toen ik hen daarop wees was het antwoord dat ze geen syndicus zijn. Volgens mij is het echter een bewuste strategie om zoveel mogelijk contracten af te sluiten en dus ook de commissie te incasseren. Zowel voor ons als eigenaars als voor onze huurders is dat heel zuur. Be very careful when renting or renting apartments from these people. Fixed costs are underestimated. With us they were no less than 50% off. When I pointed this out to them, the answer was that they are not syndics. In my opinion, however, it is a conscious strategy to conclude as many contracts as possible and therefore also to collect the commission. This is very sour for us as owners and for our tenants.
