Paiement de l'acompte début Juin, installation estimée fin juin - début juillet. Début juillet aucune nouvelle, je téléphone on me dit une date sera vite communiquée, début août toujours rien, viens l'excuse du covid, (des cas de covid dans l''entreprise... les ouvriers qui sont finalement venu fin septembre ont été clair, il n'y avait eu aucun cas de covid, ensuite les fortes chaleurs, ensuite modification du devis (si on veut nos panneaux plus rapidement il faut prendre une autre sorte un peu plus chères). A chaque conversation téléphonique une secrétaire hyper désagréable. Fin septembre nos panneaux sont enfin installé en ayant raté juillet-aout de production... Ouvriers sympathiques, ils ont fait du bon boulot, mise à part qu'ils ont cassé une tuile c'est pas grave ça peut arriver, le patron m'informe qu'il la remplacera, aujourd'hui un an et demi après ma tuile n'est toujours pas remplacée car c'est une tuile spéciale du sud de la France et qu'il ne reçoit qu'un camion par an ... Or un autre couvreur pour un autre problème, est allé chercher cette même tuile dans la région.
