Mede dankzij de behulpzaamheid van de vriendelijke medewerkster toch met de aankoop van een nieuwe 3-zitter vertrokken. Helemaal tevreden met de service. Zeker aan te bevelen!!! Walked in on a rainy day just to 'have a look'. Thanks in part to the helpfulness of the friendly employee, we left with the purchase of a new 3-seater. Completely satisfied with the service. Definitely recommend!!!

Na een half haar gewacht te hebben op leveren van meubels(zou door corona vertraagd zijn, maar hier werd niet over gecommuniceerd), kregen we 5 stoelen waar iets aan was( gaatjes, missen van wieltje). Contact gezocht via telefoon en mail. Antwoord duurde ook paar maanden, er zouden nieuwe stoelen geleverd gaan worden. Echter moesten die eerst nog gemaakt worden in de fabriek. Nu (bijna 2 jaar verder) na meerder keren contact te hebben gezocht, hebben we nog steeds geen vervangende stoelen. Bij contact wordt zelfs gezegd dat alles al is afgehandeld! Terwijl order bij nakijken gewoon nog in de fabriek is. Very bad service! After waiting half a hair for the delivery of furniture (would have been delayed by corona, but there was no communication about this), we got 5 chairs with something wrong (holes, missing wheel). Contacted by phone and email. Answer also took a few months, new chairs would be delivered. However, they first had to be made in the factory. Now (almost 2 years later) after contacting us several times, we still have no replacement seats. When contacted, they even say that everything has already been done! While the order is still in the factory when checked.
E	Erik Willekens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn sleutel van de service kast was stuk, heb bij hun uit een grote doos kunnen testen, en kreeg de sleutel gratis mee ( die kast was daar niet gekocht ) en hij werkt ook nog My key to the service cabinet was broken, I was able to test from a large box with them, and got the key for free (that cabinet was not bought there) and it also works

L	Luca Barbera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product quality is inconsistent and customer care is seriously disappointing. We have purchased by Heylen a full living room set of furniture, plus two leather couches and a dinner table with leather seats for a grand total of several thousand euros. The day of delivery the couches were missing and we were promised they would arrive in 3 weeks; instead it took them 12 weeks, during which Heylen put on lots of lame excuses (such as "the manufacturer is on holiday"). Three months in, the left side of one couch breaks down and the armrest falls apart; we call customer support and after a month a technician is dispatched to repair it. Two months later the legs of the dining table start peeling off (!) revealing they are made with a thin printed layer glued on the hollow frame; after 8 weeks (and countless phone calls and emails to describe the issue) two technicians arrive and replace all the table legs. Now, one year after purchase, the entire right side of the couch has collapsed and is touching the floor settling many centimeters lower than the other side; despite being under warranty Heylen is now claiming this is "normal" and depends on "pillows giving in", after more than a month of email and phone calls providing details and pictures, and still we don't know if it will be repaired in spite of any basic warranty law and customer care. I highly recommend to STAY AWAY from this store until they learn how to provide decent support to their customer.
