Koper moest smeken voor afspraak en is overgestapt naar andere notaris. Absoluut af te raden. No follow-up of the purchase file for a month and no notification or communication during this period. Buyer had to beg for an appointment and switched to another notary. Absolutely not recommended.

Aucune reponse depuis decembre 2020. Je ne sais pas comment ils sont organises mais nous n'avons pas eu d'autre choix que de leur retirer notre dossier pour le donner a une autre etude plus serieuse avec ses clients. Incredible, unimaginable slowness. File sent in December 2020 for a real estate sale and in February 2021 the file has not yet been sent to any lawyer. No response since December 2020. I do not know how they are organized but we had no choice but to withdraw our file from them to give it to another more serious study with its clients.

Resultaat: van vrijdag tot woensdag moeten wachten en hadden we er zelf niet achter gevraagd via onze notaris, konden we nog lang zitten wachten op de centen van de verkoop van ons huis. Onprofessioneel gedrag, notaris onwaardig. Not serious. They hold your money for days. We requested urgency in the deposit with important reasons. Result: we had to wait from Friday to Wednesday and if we had not asked ourselves through our notary, we could have waited a long time for the money from the sale of our house. Unprofessional behavior, notary unworthy.
