Maar... wanneer ik één week later, na telefonisch contact met Hermès Parijs, terug ga voor mijn bracelet "New Farandole" om te ruilen omdat deze te klein is, en ik ook een paar oorringen wou omruilen, werd ik onvriendelijk, afstandelijk, kil en onbeleefd onthaald. Op de faktuur staat nochtans vermeld, dat men binnen de 30 dagen mag omruilen indien de artikelen in onberispelijke staat zijn. Plots zag ik een totaal andere persoon! Ik was van plan om nog iets bij te kopen maar heb dit dan maar niet gedaan!
Voor omruilingen geef ik Axel 1 *

But ... when, one week later, after telephone contact with Hermès Paris, I go back to exchange my bracelet "New Farandole" because it is too small, and I also wanted to exchange a pair of earrings, I became unfriendly, distant, Cold and rude. However, it is stated on the invoice that an exchange can be made within 30 days if the items are in perfect condition. Suddenly I saw a completely different person! I was planning to buy something extra, but I didn't!
