Vanaf het eerste contact tot en met de plaatsing heel tevreden. Deskundig advies gekregen wat de mogelijkheden waren voor de plaatsing van de verschillende binnenunits. Deze firma komt ook daadwerkelijk haar afspraken na. De plaatsing gebeurt ook door heel bekwaam en vooral vriendelijke jongens. Wat ook onmiddellijk opviel was dat ieder stofje dat zij maakten bij de installatie ook steeds proper opgekuist werd. Na de volledige installatie was het geen vuile bende wat je niet altijd van sommige werklui kan zeggen. This company was recommended to us by our daughter and therefore contacted Hello Airco. What immediately struck me was that every dust they made during the installation was always cleaned up cleanly. Ik ben enerzijds zeer tevreden over de installatie (professioneel, werken netjes, afgesproken datum, correcte prijs,…) en anderzijds ben ik ook heel blij met de toestellen (kwaliteit, uitzicht, verbruik, handige app waarop je alles kan volgen,…). Ik zou Hello Airco en zijn uitstekende service dus zeker aanbevelen. Hello Airco installed 3 indoor units and 1 outdoor unit at the end of January. On the one hand, I am very satisfied with the installation (professional, work neatly, agreed date, correct price,…) and on the other, I am also very happy with the devices (quality, view, consumption, handy app on which you can track everything,…). So I would definitely recommend Hello Airco and its excellent service.

Ze kiezen niet voor de gemakkelijkste oplossing, maar voor diegene met het mooiste resultaat. Kon geen foto van de buitenunit of leidingen tonen aangezien deze mooi weggewerkt zijn op en onder het dak. Hello airco is zeker een aanrader!!! Professional from start to finish! Het plaatsbezoek voor de offerte werd uitgevoerd door de zaakvoerder. Alles werd duidelijk besproken. De plaatsing is enkele maanden later uitgevoerd door twee heel goede werknemers. Ze waren heel vriendelijk en hebben alles goed, proper en volledig naar onze wens gemonteerd en aangesloten. We zijn heel tevreden!! Had 3 indoor units with 1 outdoor unit installed by Hello Airco in August. The entire process was very pleasant and correct. The site visit for the offer was carried out by the manager. Everything was clearly discussed. The installation was carried out a few months later by two very good employees. They were very friendly and installed and connected everything properly, cleanly and completely according to our wishes. We are very satisfied!!

Er moesten 2 wandmodellen en één vloermodel worden geplaatst in onze drie slaapkamers en één wandmodel in de woonkamer. In onderling overleg werd de multisplit unit op het dak geplaatst, vlak naast een, in ongebruik geraakt, schouwkanaal. Alle aansluitingen werden nauwkeurig naar deze ene centrale plaats gebracht, zodat alle leidingen via het schouwkanaal op de multisplitunit konden worden aangesloten. Alles uitgevoerd binnen twee werkdagen! Een pluim voor beide techniekers! Our assignment to Hello Airco was far from easy: We live in a ground floor terraced house... . Two wall models and one floor model had to be placed in our three bedrooms and one wall model in the living room. In mutual consultation, the multi-split unit was placed on the roof, right next to a chimney that had fallen into disuse. All connections were accurately brought to this one central location, so that all pipes could be connected to the multi-split unit via the flue duct. Everything done within two working days! Kudos to both technicians!
