On m'a confirmé au téléphone qu'on savait réparer cette marque.
Mais le technicien ne s'y connaissait pas
Il a tout démonté et remonté pour rien
Malgré ça heureusement il a rien demandé comme frais.
Mais quand les chaudières sont trop récentes et avec bcp d'électronique vaut mieux appeler directement la marque approprié...
Dommage
Perte de temps... et je dois encore attendre pour l'eau chaude!
I had requested a repair for a brand Buderus boiler because more hot water since few days ..
I was confirmed on the phone that we knew how to repair this brand.
But the technician did not know
He took everything apart and reassembled for nothing
In spite of that, he did not ask for anything fresh.
But when the boilers are too recent and with a lot of electronics is better to call directly the appropriate brand ...
Pity
Waste of time ... and I still have to wait for the hot water!
