Onlangs het ek gevind dat daar geen antwoord is van die aanlyn-stelsel nie en 'n kollega het my vertel dat die werk handmatig toegeken word aan mense wat na die kantoor gaan. Ook wil hulle nie ervare mense net nuwe gesigte hê nie. Africa Helion. Worked for years and it was good. Recently, I found that there was no answer from the online system and a colleague told me that the work was manually assigned to people going to the office. They also don't want experienced people just to have new faces.

Dadurch hatte ich den Eindruck, dass die Briefings für die Interviewer keine gute Qualität hatten und die Kommunikation war nicht lösungsorientiert. Ich kann Helion Research daher nicht empfehlen. I have had bad experiences with Helion Research. They supervise some of their German interviewers from Eastern European countries. This gave me the impression that the interviews were of poor quality and the communication was not solution-oriented. I therefore cannot recommend Helion Research.
A	Alle Ber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte als Testkäufer einen Auftrag für Helion Research ordnungsgemäß ausgeführt, doch da er mehrfach so lange dauerte wie erwartet, nicht abgeschlossen. Im Nachhinein hat sich gezeigt, dass das schriftliche Briefing sehr mangelhaft war und Helion von sich aus daher mir sagte, dass man den Auftrag so wohl tatsächlich nicht richtig ausführen könne. Obwohl der Fehler klar bei Helion lag und nicht bei mir, habe ich für meine Arbeitszeit (zwei bis drei Stunden) keinerlei Vergütung bekommen. So ein Verhalten habe ich vorher bei keinem anderen Marktforschungsinstitut erlebt - zumal Helion den Marktforschungsauftrag für eine öffentliche Instituion durchgeführt hat. Ich habe daraufhin die Zusammenarbeit mit Helion beendet und kann dieses Marktforschungsinstitut für Testkunden nicht empfehlen. Ich arbeite weiterhin für andere Institute. As a test buyer, I had successfully completed an order for Helion Research, but since it took several times longer than expected, it was not completed. In retrospect, it turned out that the written briefing was very poor and Helion therefore told me on its own that the job could not really be carried out properly. Although the mistake was clear with Helion and not with me, I did not receive any remuneration for my working hours (two to three hours). I have never experienced such behavior at any other market research institute - especially since Helion has carried out the market research contract for a public institution. I then ended my cooperation with Helion and cannot recommend this market research institute to test customers. I continue to work for other institutes.

Er bestaat gewoon een stricte regel: als je de instructies niet volgt, wordt je bezoek niet geaccepteerd. Toen ik een keer voor een gesloten deur stond, kreeg ik toch nog uitbetaald door Helion, dus ze zijn best vrijgevig en professioneel. Ook de betalingen worden telkens op tijd uitgevoerd. Als ik vragen heb, probeert het team mij ook altijd goed te helpen. Ik blijf graag voor jullie werken! I have completed some assignments for Helion. Haven't had any problems with my reports or payments yet. There is simply a strict rule: if you do not follow the instructions, your visit will not be accepted. When I once stood in front of a closed door, I still got paid by Helion, so they are quite generous and professional. Payments are also made on time. When I have questions, the team always tries to help me well. I would like to continue working for you!

They send you a company to purchase products and evaluate the customer service using the evaluation form. They also send a check to deposit and when the funds clear, which they never do, you then purchase the products, fill out the evaluation form and text them for further instructions.
Y	Yass O. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The payment is very little, and you will end up spending too much time I tried some of their missions, they paid me 35euro; learning would take you 1-2hours, filling the report would time at least 1 hour. In the end, they just canceled my report for different reasons and paid me 0Euro for 2 days of work.
