Elles aident le corps à retrouver son équilibre naturel. Cela fait maintenant 40 ans que je les porte. Il est impératif de les porter du lever au coucher, dans ses pantoufles, toutes chaussures, bottes, sans interruption afin d'avoir un résultat optimal. Un jour sans semelles est possible. Après deux jours sans semelles ma douleur revient. Elles ont déjà soulagé beaucoup de personnes dans mon entourage, dont mes enfants : genoux en X, une jambe plus longue que l'autre endicapant sérieusement mon fils au sport. Guérison totale après quelques années. Ils ne doivent plus porter de semelles. C'est vrai, c'est cher, et elles ne sont pas encore remboursées en Belgique, mais elles valent vraiment la peine. I had very bad back pain caused by my spine. Nathalie Heine's reflex soles immediately relieved me. After 3 weeks I was no longer in pain. They help the body to regain its natural balance. I have been wearing them for 40 years now. It is imperative to wear them from rising to bedtime, in your slippers, all shoes, boots, without interruption in order to have an optimal result. A day without soles is possible. After two days without soles my pain returns. They have already relieved many people around me, including my children: knees in an X, one leg longer than the other seriously crippling my son in sports. Total recovery after a few years. They no longer have to wear soles. It's true, it's expensive, and they are not yet reimbursed in Belgium, but they are really worth it.

I used to go there when Natacha Wilquin worked there. At least she could see what the problem was and managed to correct it for a while. It never worked for long in my case. I went back quite few times to get it solved. I paid once or twice but never more. With Mme Heine, as soon as I told I wanted a receipt, she thought I worked for the Institutions (which was not the case) because only in that case one can get reimbursed for this kind of treatment. Thus, I had to pay at every single modification (30 euros) to not get a proper job done. I stopped for desperation since it was going worse and worse with strong pain in my legs and knees. I then turned to my normal shoes and felt much better in few days. Back to then, I practised yoga quite regularly and I think it helped a lot to stretch all my muscles and tendons, even though I have a chronic tendinitis. Much better without platforms, but with normal shoes heels on good shoes. I think this can be a good practical solution for many people with similar problems.
