★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een zeer grote bouwwerf is deze plaats nu geworden. Het meer dan 100 jaar oude schoolgebouw werd gedeeltelijk gesloopt en zal straks plaatsmaken voor de gloednieuwe Residentie D'Audaen met zijn 32 grote en moderne appartementen. Het feit dat de projectontwikkelaar COSTERMANS hier achter staat wil zeggen dat ook hier een juweel zal tot stand komen en vergelijkbaar met het Annonciaden complex in hartje Wijnegem. Deze appartementen zullen echter groter zijn en het worden geen assistentiewoningen. Heel origineel hier is het samenwonen van verschillende gemeenschappen dat zal tot stand komen met de kloosterzusters , de nieuwe bewoners van de residentie en de schoolgaande jeugd.
Briljant idee dat al langer leeft in het gedachtegoed van deze projectontwikkelaar.
Links achteraan en naast het klooster zijn inmiddels de prachtige nieuwe en moderne gebouwen van de school reeds in gebruik. Alleen het lagere middelbaar huist verder in de bestaande gebouwen. De school telt inmiddels al meer dan 500 leerlingen.
 This place has now become a very large construction site. The more than 100-year-old school building has been partially demolished and will soon make way for the brand new Residence D'Audaen with its 32 large and modern apartments. The fact that the project developer COSTERMANS is behind this means that a jewel will also be created here and comparable to the Annonciaden complex in the heart of Wijnegem. At the back left and next to the monastery, the beautiful new and modern buildings of the school are already in use. Only the lower secondary is housed further in the existing buildings. The school now has more than 500 students.
