★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had the best experience with pizza-heat, except of this one time (order#2615769) where the delivery personnel left the box on the ground at the gate. He didn't ring the bell. So, I don't understand how did he expect us to know that the food is delivered. I can just hope that this is one-off instance. I am writing this review to avoid anyone else having similar experience. Rating: Food 5 star, delivery experience 1 star.
