Prima recensione??? E' molto strano che questi signori non abbiano alcuna recensione! La nostra esperienza e' pessima! Abbiamo acquistato un Renault Captur benzina del 2016. La descrizione era perfetta, ma quando e' arrivata in sede da noi, abbiamo constatato con grande disappunto che i fari non funzionavano, infatti chi la ha guidata per portarla in Italia ha dovuto fermarsi dutante la notte, in quanto non poteva circolare senza luce! Ma non finisce qui! abbiamo constatato che l'auto ha subito un incidente ed il longarone anteriore e' stato aggiustato in modo approssimativo, ed i fari sostenuti con delle semplici fascette!!!! Abbiamo mandato una mail di rimostranza al venditore ma sapete cosa ci ha risposto??? Ha risposto che sono persone serie e corrette!!! Lasciamo a chi legge ogni commento e ribadiamo il nostro disappunto nei confronnti di questi signori che hanno dimostrato una disonestà unica nei nostri confronti! Siamo Commercianti di auto in Italia da oltre 60 anni e ci dispiace che in Germania ci siano Venditori di questo genere!!!

First review ??? It is very strange that these gentlemen do not have any reviews! Our experience is bad! We bought a 2016 Renault Captur petrol. The description was perfect, but when it arrived at our headquarters, we found with great disappointment that the headlights did not work, in fact those who drove it to take it to Italy had to stop during the night, as it could not circulate without light! But it doesn't stop there! we found that the car had an accident and the front spar has been roughly adjusted, and the headlights supported with simple clamps !!!! We sent an email of complaint to the seller but do you know what he replied ??? He replied that they are serious and correct people !!! We leave every comment to the reader and reiterate our disappointment towards these gentlemen who have shown a unique dishonesty towards us! We have been car dealers in Italy for over 60 years and we are sorry that there are sellers of this kind in Germany !!!
