I quickly found a job via HAYS, only their admin is somewhat on the lesser side, but otherwise very satisfied with their performance.

Stellen u voor aan bedrijven zonder eerst te vragen of je interesse hebt of niet en als je dan toch solliciteert voor een functie op hun website laten ze niks weten.
They are quick to attract candidates and register. To respect the candidate's wishes = 0
Introduce yourself to companies without first asking if you're interested or not and if you do apply for a position on their website they won't let you know.
