★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een radicaal schandaal hoe het secretariaat zich gedraagt wanneer je belt voor een vrij acuut probleem. Zich verschuilen achter 'u bent geen patiënt bij ons', terwijl met hand en tand wordt uitgelegd dat het om een éénmalige inspanning gaat voor een patiënt die in de directe omgeving woont en het probleem vrij dringend is... En dan wordt gewoon de telefoon dichtgesmeten... Een huisartspraktijk onwaardig.
 A radical scandal how the secretariat behaves when you call for a rather acute problem. Hiding behind 'you are not a patient with us', while explaining tooth and nail that it is a one-time effort for a patient who lives in the immediate area and the problem is quite urgent... And then the phone just goes off slammed shut... Unworthy of a general practice.
