Als je met een probleem aankomt, proberen ze het op te lossen en dat kost tijd. Het is dikwijls niet gewoon afrekenen aan de kassa (brede toog waar ze soms met 5 a6 man bezig zijn), maar ook vragen stellen over hoe en wat. Het leveren van een goede service kost tijd. different brands of professional tools and materials, combined with good explanation. Lots of choice of screws and bolts. If you arrive with a problem, they try to solve it and that takes time. It is often not just paying at the checkout (wide counter where they sometimes work with 5 to 6 people), but also asking questions about how and what. Delivering a good service takes time.

Sommige tools zijn ook goedkoper dan online, maar een specifieke machine waar ik naar zocht was 40% duurder tegenover als ik het online zou bestellen (ook met gegeven korting). Niets aan te doen jammer, maar zeker een aanrader als je iets snel nodig hebt. --- update van initiële review Na meerdere keren hier geweest te zijn, is er iets veranderd. Weet niet wat, maar laatste paar keren om hulp gevraagd, werd mij helemaal genegeerd of een andere klant geholpen terwijl ik bij de balie in rij stond. Ook werd er mij vies aan bekeken toen ik ging afrekenen, een set 3M schroeven. Sorry dat ik niet zoals de oude koppel voor mij een duur toestel ging kopen, maar die vieze blik van die ene kerel bleef me wel bij tijdens het afrekenen. Ondanks dat, enigste persoon die me altijd wel goed hielp is de kerel met blond haar en een bril. Don't know what, but last couple of times asked for help, I was completely ignored or another customer helped while I was queuing at the counter. I was also looked at when I went to checkout, a set of 3M screws. Sorry I wasn't going to buy me an expensive device like the old couple, but that one guy's dirty look stayed with me during the checkout. Despite that, the only person who has always helped me well is the guy with blond hair and glasses.
