★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis allée là-bas à l'aube de l'adolescence et je n'ai pas aimé le comportement peu empathique et peu informatif de ce docteur. Ne préviens pas avant de manipuler la patiente. Pour vous dire, je m'en souviens encore.
I went there at the dawn of adolescence and I did not like this doctor's little empathetic and uninformative behavior. Do not warn before handling the patient. To tell you, I still remember it.

Super pediatrician. Kind, calm, reassuring, competent. I am amazed at some frank comments. We find him great. He takes the time to listen to us and advise us and has great contact with the children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically the same issue as some other reviews I have seen here: we called to make an appointment but were told that the doctor does not accept new patients. Before I could ask for further information and help they hung up the phone on me. Rude and unwilling to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon recommendation from relatives, we called Dr. Hannesse to have an appointment for one of our kids. We spent 15 minutes over the phone with the secretariat that requested many details about our three children. The secretariat informed one day later that Dr. Hannesse does not accept any new patient aged over 3 months. Good to know, so I publicize it here. Couldn't that have been told from the start of the first contact? A bit disappointing.
