★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is so disheartening, how a good product can go down the drain because a company doesn't care. i had started getting in touch with them 4 weeks ago through their web portal (no response), finally i managed to call and get hold of someone who suggested i email, which i did and did a followup too, No response, either you have too much work and don't care about loosing customers or your are already mismanaged, either way this wouldn't last long if you continue the same track.
It's the same attitude of your dealers in the US/Canada.
We are in urgent need of a product as yours but it feels like it'll be more trouble than getting something for a patient in our family.
SUCH A SHAME!
