★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had op 8 september 13u40 een afspraak voor knippen en balyage.
Kan niets anders zeggen dan dat ik super tevreden was.
Had vooraf een beetje aangegeven wat ik graag wou.
Ze hebben de tijd genomen om me goed te informeren.
Het uiteindelijke resultaat was perfect wat ik wou.
Ze zijn super vriendelijk met een leuke babbel.
Heel m’'n gezin is klant bij jullie en we gaan steeds tevreden naar huis.
Super team daar.

 Had an appointment for a cut and balyage on September 8, 1.40 pm.
Can't say anything other than that I was super satisfied.
I had indicated in advance what I would like.
They took the time to keep me well informed.
The final result was exactly what I wanted.
They are super friendly with a nice chat.
My whole family is a customer of yours and we always go home satisfied.
Great team there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afspraakuur wordt niet nageleefd, kwaliteit matig tot slecht.Geen vriendelijkheid, matige sociale omgang met de klant.Kortom teleurstellend.
Appointment hour is not observed, quality moderate to poor. No friendliness, poor social interaction with the customer. In short, disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorige keer was ik niet zo tevreden met hoe ik werd bejegend, maar vandaag was het helemaal goed: ze nam haar tijd, was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, en ze babbelde niet de hele tijd tijdens het knippen, wat ik persoonlijk altijd een pluspunt vind.
Enige minpunt is toch echt wel de prijs.
Last time I wasn't very happy with how I was treated, but today it was all right: she took her time, was friendly and helpful, and she didn't chat all the time during the haircut, which I personally always consider a plus.
The only downside is really the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben heel erg tevreden met de balayage en de snit. Ik vroeg advies (wat past het best bij me) en werd hier heel goed bij geholpen. Het resultaat is prachtig en de dame was heel erg vriendelijk en aangenaam.
I am very satisfied with the balayage and the cut. I asked for advice (what suits me best) and was helped very well. The result is beautiful and the lady was very friendly and pleasant.

Mislukt,en absoluut echt niet oké! Had rechte strepen en de kleur zag gelig/rossig?en hairequipe heeft dit kunnen rechtzetten! En bovendien waren ze veel zachter te werk gegaan, en luisteren echt goed naar je wensen.tijdens het wachten een koffietje gekregen, en op het einde ook advies voor onderhoud,(welke shampoo) enz,!Super vriendelijke en topmensen daar! En het best van al kwaliteit! Super tevreden van hairequipe! ☺️?
Had my hair colored (balayage) at another hairdresser and this was total
Failed, and absolutely not okay! Had straight stripes and the color looked yellowish / reddish? and hairequipe was able to rectify this! And in addition, they were much more gentle to work, and really listen to your wishes. While waiting, received a coffee, and at the end also advice for maintenance, (which shampoo) etc,! Super friendly and top people there! And best of all quality! Super happy with hair team! ☺️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doubting about writing this because the girl who did my hair was so incredibly nice. But.. . After spending 250 euros on a cut and purple ombre, I do need to say it. The colour is practically gone after ONE wash, from purple is almost reddish-brown (except on the tips), on top of that, the hair cut instead of being nice with layers is square. I know my hair is going to look dry after all it went through, but at least I was hoping to enjoy a nice color with a nice cut. This did not happen and after so much money I'm really disappointed, at the moment it did look like they were struggling to know what to do. If you are looking for something basic, I do reccomend it, you get a head massage, and everyone is lovely.
UPDATE: After this review, going to the hairsalon, and calling, the "boss" only offered to re-do the colour, no money back. To which I hesitated since my hair is damaged after bleaching and coloring. Then his reaction was "well it's not correct you wrote this review without coming to us first" why would I when a) i won't get my money back and b) you obviously don't know what to do with my hair. Did I mentioned i spent 4 hours and 250 euros? His arrogant attitude made me refuse his "compensation". But it's my fault......I should have seen ALL the 1-2 star reviews before going....
