★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this hardresser after I dyed my hair at home and it din't turn out. I was hoping a professional could give me her advice and help me out. She was very vague about what she could do to help me but at the same time assured me she could. I ended up paying 150 euros (and I brought my own dye) for hair that lasted 1 week, and then was yellow.
I can understand that fixing my hair wasn't easy; but if the hairdresser couldnt do it, he/she should have let me know. but she didnt.
