S	Stéphanie Lerate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis arrivée avec des cheveux en bas du dos, avec dans l'idée d'avoir un carré aux épaules. Je suis sortie avec un carré plongeant ultra court (même pas au menton). La "coiffeuse" ne savait pas que mes cheveux, bouclés naturellement, allaient "remonter à ce point". Or, toute coiffeuse digne de ce nom sait que la longueur alourdit et que plus on coupe, plus les boucles apparaissent. Après m'avoir plusieurs fois répété qu'elle aurait dû laisser 1cm de plus (il aurait fallu en laisser au moins 10 de plus), elle s'est quand même excusée à la fin, et m'a proposé de me rembourser la coupe dans les deux jours si elle ne me plaisait toujours pas. Elle ne me plait toujours pas, mais je n'aurai pas l'indécence d'aller réclamer 40€ à une fille qui ne doit déjà pas gagner des masses à la base. La patronne a royalement tout ignoré et est tranquillement allée déjeuner. Leçon pour moi : plus jamais ce salon. Leçon pour elle, je l'espère : quand on demande aux épaules, qu'on respecte le choix de la cliente. I arrived with hair at the bottom of the back, with the idea of having a square at the shoulders. I went out with an ultra short plunge bob (not even on the chin). The "hairdresser" didn't know that my hair, naturally curly, would "come up to this point". However, any hairdresser worthy of the name knows that the length weighs down and that the more you cut, the more curls appear. After telling me several times that she should have left 1cm more (it would have been necessary to leave at least 10 more), she apologized anyway at the end, and offered to reimburse me for the cut within two days if I still didn't like her. I still don't like her, but I won't have the indecency to go and claim 40 € from a girl who should not already win masses at the base. The boss royally ignored everything and quietly went to lunch. Lesson for me: never again this show. Lesson for her, I hope: when we ask the shoulders, we respect the choice of the client.
