Mijn mails omtrent informatie hierover werden nooit beantwoord en aan de telefoon werden we letterlijk en figuurlijk aan het lijntje gehouden. Er wordt veel beloofd, maar niets nagekomen. Wij hebben voor al onze aktes resoluut voor een andere notaris gekozen! Service nul! My father has made a number of sales through this notary in the past. My emails about information about this were never answered and we were literally and figuratively kept on the line on the phone. A lot is promised, but nothing is kept. We have resolutely opted for a different notary for all our deeds! Service zero!
B	Brecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doorheen de aankoopprocedure van ons huis weigerde dit notariskantoor om ons specifieke dossier daadwerkelijk te onderzoeken en ons informatie te verschaffen over de meer complexe problemen die we tegenkwamen. Zelfs een verwijzing naar waar we informatie dan wel zouden kunnen vinden kregen we niet. Alleen routinevragen werden beantwoord aan de telefoon, en op e-mails kregen we soms helemaal geen reactie. Bij het definitieve ondertekenen van het koopcontract zei de notaris een aantal zaken waaruit bleek dat hij gedeeltes van het dossier nog steeds niet gelezen had. Dit allemaal ondanks de hoge notariskosten die we hen betaald hebben. Throughout our house purchase process, this notary office refused to actually investigate our specific file and provide us with information about the more complex issues we encountered. We were not even given a reference to where we might find information. Only routine questions were answered on the phone, and we sometimes received no response at all to emails. When finally signing the purchase contract, the notary said a number of things that showed that he had still not read parts of the file. All this despite the high notary fees we paid them.

Je mag alles zelf regelen, krijgt geen antwoord op vragen, als je hen hier op attent maakt moeten we bij klachten bij notaris zijn. Echter notaris is van niets op de hoogte leest zelfs zijn mails niet, stuurt alles door naar medewerkster die haar job niet doet. Deze notaris is niet aan te bevelen!!!
