★ ★ ★ ★ ★ H&M retail clothing is my primary go-to store for mainstream fashion and accessories. Decent quality for a competitive price setting.
In general cheaper than Esprit and on the same price level as Springfield and C&A. The only chain retail stores cheaper than H&M are Primark, Zeeman and Wibra (but often at lesser quality). So far there is no Primark present in Oostende.
