★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY RUDE EMERGENCY WORKER! (Blonde hair, moroccan girl i think) I came in explaining in detail what's wrong, she was very antagonizing and rude. Telling me I shouldn't just do what I want and follow the doctors orders making huge eyes at me as she was visibly mad for no reason. When I was waiting in the ER there was a girl waiting there aswell. This worker comes in and literally says "Fatima or something like that? You're next" who in their right mind talks like this let alone working in a hospital? I felt WORSE leaving the ER just because of the way this person treated people. Had the same situation with her when I brought my mom in when she felt very unwell few years ago. DON'T EMPLOY PEOPLE IN A HOSPITAL IF THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED. You come in ER already stressed out and in pain and she acts like she's doing you a huge favor or something. If you don't like your job go work anywhere else but in a place where EMPATHY AND HELP are expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost lost a life while there. Courteous and polite, however Inexperienced and poorly informed professionals. They kept a neurologically impaired person under inadequate supervision and failed to consider relevant information regarding care and nutrition during the process of the emergency consultation.
Would only go back if I need a band-aid to be applied correctly and nothing more, out of fear of not making it back home!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just arrived from the maternity ward today with my wife and newborn. The midwives and the doctors were all extremely kind, helpful and understanding, from the delivery and labor up until the breastfeeding. Thank you so much for all the help and support.

Waited until 13 without anyone talking to me, at 13 a nurse came and tell all of us that they would only see us after 18 because of to much patients. (they seem very lazy)
Ended up leaving without any kind of medical attention. Guess this is how people die when they go to emergencies in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my corona test done here. It was quick and easy. Went to the reception, was asked to insert my identity card to the card reader and was asked to wait. After a few minutes was called into a room and proceeded with the test. The whole procees took around 30 minutes.
