In mei 2015 openden Gerd Govaerts en Jeannot Goffin restaurant Gustatif. Na een mooie ervaring als souschef van Julien Burlat en enkele omzwervingen in Frankrijk, was de tijd rijp voor hun eigen project.

Owners live in the place and let their baby child crawling around on the floor but they don’t allow dogs even in the terrace. Wife of the chef is supposed to be hostess but dresses terribly and doesn’t present herself nicely! Should never have a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value lunch. Dishes are nicely presented. However I found the starter too salty while the main could use more seasoning. Ambience was nice though would have preferred the option of sitting indoors as it was too warm. Overall nice experience and would recommend!
