In case just need to have a good night sleep and nice breakfast with very nice host - this could be your place.
I might check it at summer time, pretty sure it will be even better...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By UK standards, a quirky bed and breakfast place. We had the small bedroom out of two. Modern well equipped shower/toilet room off the bedroom. Continental breakfast was fine. Handy for town centre with shops cafes and restaurants, also for buses and trams to centre of Brussels
