★ ★ ★ ★ ★ complete incompetent expertise office don't know from where they gate their expert , they make expertise with Cristal ball. they give totally unrealistic expertise about house renovation. they just work with bank to get their money they don't care totally about your needs and impact their expertise can have on you .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing! Valuation report does not contain any info on their methodology and thus on value divers. In our case, they totally ignored a key feature of the property. We did not succeed to speak to anybody (despite daily calls and mails) for 10 days. Finally they just added a small sentence about the "protected" nature of the ground without changing their fair market value. It is a shame.
