Se montre très désagréable et traite la cliente de « tendue comme un string »!!! Est-ce professionnel ??? Mention particulière à Pierre le magasinier qui ne savait plus où se mettre et qui est resté très réactif et poli! Merci Pierre !;) Je déconseille donc plus que vivement !!! Eternits delivered damaged and broken to fernelmont! Procrastinate to exchange (upon receipt and therefore upon purchase) the broken ones. Is very unpleasant and treats the client as "tight like a thong" !!! Is it professional ??? Special mention to Pierre the storekeeper who did not know where to go and who remained very responsive and polite! Thank you Pierre!;) I therefore recommend more than strongly !!!

J'étais à la recherche de produits que, malheureusement, l'établissement ne vendait pas. Non seulement, cette personne m'a très bien conseillé sur le maniement de ce matériel et le produit à acheter en rapport avec le travail à effectuer, non seulement il m'a renseigné les établissements les plus proches qui les vendaient mais en plus il les a contactés en leur demandant si ces produits étaient disponibles. Résultat, 14' de trajet, deux établissements distants de 200 m, matériel adéquat acheté et travail effectué en 1 hr 30'. Merci à ce monsieur pour son dévouement et ses précieux conseils. Voilà certainement un comportement que des bricoleurs du dimanche comme moi attendent de la part de professionnels et qui met en valeur la réputation de ce magasin. Je reviendrai à coup sûr et ne manquerai pas de vanter vos qualités de "service aux clients" qui n'est pas une expression lancée en l'air vous concernant. Au plaisir de ma prochaine visite.
