★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bon conseil : n'achetez pas chez Groep bouwen. Une fois le solde payé, ils n'assurent aucun suivi des problèmes et ne font que renvoyer la balle à l'entreprise de construction. Ils ne se déplacent plus, et ne répondent aux emails qu'après plusieurs semaines ou mois !
 Good advice: do not buy at Groep bouwen. Once the balance is paid, they do not follow up on the problems and only send the ball back to the construction company. They do not move anymore, and do not reply to emails until several weeks or months!
