★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super professionnel. J'ai eu un problème électrique alors que les mécaniciens avaient fini leur journée et allaient partir. Ils sont restés pour essayer de me dépanner. Finalement, le problème était plus dur à résoudre qu'un simple changement de fusibles. Ils ont gardé ma moto et m'ont gracieusement prêté une moto de remplacement et j'ai pu récupérer ma moto réparée le lendemain. Un excellent service clientèle.
Super professional. I had an electrical problem when the mechanics had finished their day and were about to leave. They stayed to try to help me out. In the end, the problem was harder to solve than simply changing the fuses. They kept my motorbike and graciously lent me a replacement motorbike and I was able to pick up my repaired motorbike the next day. Great customer service.

Accueil sympa, vendeur a bien pris le temps pour expliquer, proposer des options... j'ai eu une proposition "plus intéressante" à Gent. Mais parfois un bon service fait changé d'avis.

Friendly welcome, seller took the time to explain, offer options ... I had a "more interesting" proposal in Gent. But sometimes good service makes you change your mind.
