A	Ariadna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No el recomanaria , ja que l'experiència va resultar molt desagradable. L'apartament està cèntric i aparentment es molt bonic ( molt de disseny) . Però només arribar la primera sorpresa va ser quan tot i haver pagat per entrar abans ens van "netejar" l'apartament davant nostre. La cuina estava bruta , la majoria de llums no anaven, el calentador no funcionava... I el més greu va ser el tracte ... A l'hora de comunicar tots els problemes que vem tenir ... no ens agafaven el telefon, no sabien anglès ... L'últim dia es van presentar 2 hores mes tard del que havíem quedat pel retorn de la fiança i no es va presentar la persona amb qui havíem quedat la qual encara estem esperant que ens digui algo... I would not recommend it, since the experience was very unpleasant. The apartment is centrally and apparently it is very beautiful (a lot of design). But only the first surprise came was when, despite having paid to enter before, we were "cleaning" the apartment in front of us. The kitchen was dirty, the majority of lights were not going, the heater did not work ... And the most serious was the deal ... At the time of communicating all the problems we had ... we did not get the phone , they did not know English ... The last day they appeared 2 hours later than we had left for the return of the deposit and the person with whom we had remained was not present who we are still waiting for you to tell us something ...
C	Cristina correa perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuestra experiencia fue pésima !! Fuimos 6 personas jóvenes( 5 chicas y 1 chico ) . Para empezar el chico que tenía que darnos la llave llego tarde estuvimos esperando más de 1 hora y cuando subimos había otro chico arriba esperando (que pudo bajar para recibirnos ...no que eran las 3 de la tarde y estábamos en la calle con las maletas y sin comer ) Después no anuncian que no hay ascesor y tuvimos que subir con 8 maletas hasta el piso de arriba por unas escaleras súper estrechas . En cuanto a la limpieza fatal todo muy sucio ,el agua caliente iba 2 minutos después salía fría ( fuimos en marzo y hacía mucho frío ) . Pero no tenemos bastante cuando a las 3 días de estar en la cuidad volvimos por la noche de visitar la ciudad y nos encontramos el apartamento abierto y todas las maletas revueltas ...nos habían robado ......y bueno un largo etc...y para cominarnos fatal no sabían inglés . Our experience was terrible! We were 6 young people (5 girls and 1 boy). To start the boy who had to give us the key arrived late we were waiting for more than 1 hour and when we got up there was another boy up waiting (who could go down to receive us ... not that it was 3 in the afternoon and we were on the street with the suitcases and without eating) Then they do not announce that there is no ascesor and we had to go up with 8 suitcases to the top floor by super narrow stairs. As for the fatal cleaning everything very dirty, the hot water went 2 minutes later it left cold (we went in March and it was very cold). But we do not have enough when at 3 days of being in the city we returned at night to visit the city and we found the apartment open and all the suitcases were upset ... they had robbed us ... and good a long etc ... and to eat it fatal they did not know English.

S	Shivani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are fraud.we booked this property very recently (19th august 2018) with pre-payment.we appeared on time but the door was locked.we called them.To our shock,they shifted our booking to another place without any prior notice.they told us to reach that new place at our own expenses too.We refused that obviously.for that they rudely said "do whatever you like". After spending 4 hours on street with my family, including my old age parent and my little girl,finally we filed the complain with nearby police station.we are now battling to get our money back. We were in brussel to attend the last day of Brussels flower carpet event 2018. But our whole day was ruined in booking another hotel at very high prices and roaming on street.also to our shock ,another guest who came out of hotel, told us that two more family met the same fate before one day.
C	Carrie Woehler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our apartment was nice enough. Comfortable bed, kids slept ok on the couch, not sure adults or teens would. No sheets/ blankets/ pillows for couch. Very stingy with towels (2 for 4 people). Full kitchen, lots of wardrobe space. Convenient enough location, maybe 10-15 minute walk from town and trains. No major issue, nothing exceptional. Good price. Thank goodness we got first floor, some apartments are up several narrow flights of stairs. No luggage storage. Very easy communication with the renting agency.
