★ ★ ★ ★ ★ half canteen and half restaurant (two levels, actually). still, warm and cosy atmosphere, very friendly staff and interesting menu (with a Portuguese touch), very good quality food, generous portions, and a good wine list. for the few days (rather hours) of good weather, an open veranda in the back can accommodate the optimists.
