★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this company to ask what delivery delays they had for garden furniture. The answer was “we will tell you when you have placed the order” and completely refused to give any idea…when I insisted saying I first wanted to know the delivery delays before deciding to order, the lady became very aggressive and arrogant on the phone…and said I should ask resellers…if they don’t know as wholesaler, how can a reseller give a fair answer…you’ll probably wait for months and they’ll answer you it is due to Covid or the war in Ukraine…and the reseller will say it’s not his fault, … I also wonder what kind of after service you’ll have with such a company…
