Goldfish heeft zich zeer begripvol opgesteld terwijl dit voor hen ook een zware domper is en wij waarschijnlijk niet de enige waren. Desalniettemin hadden zij begrip voor onze situatie en gingen hier zeer flexibel mee om. Daarnaast hebben we met gans het proces van offerte tot bevestiging ook steeds een zeer goed en vlot contact gehad met hen. Toch een groot verschil met andere verhuurbedrijven in de sector waar je meer als nummer behandeld wordt. Bij Goldfish is geen vraag te veel. Zeker een aanrader om in de toekomst nog beroep op te doen. Unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding party last minute during Covid-19. Goldfish has been very understanding, while this is also a heavy downer for them and we were probably not the only one. Nevertheless, they understood our situation and were very flexible about it. In addition, we have always had very good and smooth contact with them throughout the process from quotation to confirmation. Still a big difference with other rental companies in the sector where you are treated more like a number. No question is too much at Goldfish. Definitely recommended to use in the future.
