Ce lundi 17 mai, elle m'a informé qu'elle n'avait pas eu le temps de traiter mon dossier et me demandait ou se trouvait mon véhicule. Sachant qu'elle a mandaté lundi 10 mai un dépanneur pour retirer mon véhicule en mentionnant l'adresse de destination, ça signifie qu'elle a perdu mon véhicule. Ce mercredi 19 mai après plusieurs appels de ma part, elle retrouve mon véhicule et m'indique qu'elle a enfin envoyé la mission et qu'un bureau d'expert a été mandaté.
J'appelle le bureau d'expert mandaté ... il n'a rien reçu !
Ca fait 10 jours que je suis dans l'incapacité de travailler parce que Mme Luyckx n'a pas le temps de s'occuper de mon dossier et me raccroche au nez quand je lui demande de se bouger car les délais sont anormalement long.
Merci Mme Luyckx pour votre incompétence !!!
Madame Luyckx received my file on Monday May 10 at 12 noon.
This Monday, May 17, she informed me that she had not had time to process my file and was asking me where my vehicle was. Knowing that on Monday, May 10, she commissioned a convenience store to collect my vehicle by mentioning the destination address, that means that she lost my vehicle. This Wednesday, May 19, after several calls from me, she finds my vehicle and tells me that she has finally sent the mission and that an expert office has been appointed.
I call the commissioned expert's office ... it hasn't received anything!
I've been unable to work for 10 days because Ms. Luyckx doesn't have time to take care of my file and hangs up on me when I ask her to move because the deadlines are unusually long.
Thank you Mrs Luyckx for your incompetence !!!
